A raincoat from a neighbor grandpa
It was a really unique experience that I finished my study in the study center at GuaHea Rd, and I did not have an umbrella, but a neighbor grandpa gave me. that was a heavy rain. I was so touchied by the small caring although that was just a cheap raincoat.

一種可憐的光景是我們不願活在光中。
神要藉著(變暗的寶石)消極的情況向(以色列人)我們說話，但第一條件就是要有光，如果沒有光了的話，整個環境下是暗的情況下，我們怎能發現有變暗的地方呢?
而神今天就是光，他藉著聖經、弟兄姊妹的分享、特會中弟兄們的分享向我們發出光來。

Did I overestimate my ability?
I overestimated my ability of English through TOEFL.
Maybe I should say I allow some shortages still exist and did not remove them:
I have difficulties to finish reading test on time, to understand the content of classes in listening part of TOEFL, I still have grammar error when I speak

I almost give up memorizing vocabularies......
because I didn't follow up the schedule well...
but what can i do?
the path to the high score is to practice every day.
Don't give up your practice through keeping and thinking again why I wanted to do it.
Don't be regret in the future.

What are you seeking for?
Recently I am seeking for an opportunity of internship in the Northern Taiwan. I received an opportunity from JackCleaning but I only can get NT$5000 per month for work 8 hours a day and two days a week.
What kind of Intern do I seek for? What is your priority ?
1. Wages or Salary?
2. Learn some stuff?
3. A workplace near/close to your house?
4. Achievement?
For me, 1. Learning 1. Commitment / Achievement 4 salary and A workplace near to my house
I cannot set a level priority for it bc learning and commitment / Achievement are necessary for me in the same time.
The first thing I would like to learn -> google keyword algorithm, ability to solve problems, SQL language, and PHP.
How about the relationship with colleagues? I have to admit that this is really important to me, and I have many things need to learn, like I hope I can communicate with them greatly about what I want to try although I am kinda too naive. I hope I can make them become more international and have fun together.

特點: 可能是租別人家的外院子做事，一到特定時間馬上關門，我每次都加緊腳步吃。太晚去就會沒飯吃了，通常一定要12:30以前趕到，不然就沒肉可以選了。

優點: 20000越盾、免費冰茶、禮拜六會開店(Cherry關)、營業時間比cherry長，讓客人安心用飯
缺點:青菜每次都一樣並且不好吃

2. 部門經理與上司: 關心人與我溝通。這兩月中經理問了我大約四次: 對於目前的工作有學習到什麼嗎? (or 最近還好嗎?)，然後左邊的上司也是願意培訓人、跟我聊天，會問我學習的情況 所以我有機會講講自己遇到的情況、和自己一些不解的事情，他們會分享給我 他們的經驗、我過去沒有想過的想法、並且讓我知道他們最近為何壓力很大、脾氣暴躁又不想理人，讓我可以更多一分體諒跟包容。

讓我看到改良與改善是一件值得講出來的事情。我常常覺得改良算什麼東西、原創顯現你的創意才是屌。但是瓦特(出現在歷史課本上的那個)的風靡全球的蒸汽機也是在於改良過去蒸氣機的缺失而聲名大噪。
這裡面的一個idea蠻啟發我的，原來人喜歡原創是因為喜新厭舊，就如同我們寫code不喜歡改別人寫過的或自己很久以前寫的，寧願自己全部重打一遍(如同軟體界名人Joel Spolsky寫的:Things You Should Never Do)
其實抄襲是一種創意，把別人成功的理由跟原因、優勢套到自己的工作上或想要達成的目標上。並且針對他們需要改進的、成為自己的優勢。
Point out/Sense 別人成功的理由，記下每個使用時突然冒出來的問號 和 覺得那個應該要怎樣的ideas。
話說我覺得一個網頁成功的理由就是: 一.那個網頁很美讓你看的很舒服 二.那個網頁的內容幫到你了，或者說解決了你的需求。能結合上述兩點的網站真的太棒了，但只有第二點也是非常OK
例如:
人力銀行絕不是你找工作的唯一管道這篇文章的INFORMATION真的幫到我了，讓我決定訂閱TechOrange並且常常收看。
CSS Centering: 雖然網站很醜、但在每次我因為調css的置中感到打敗時，我都會打開來看。(Css-Tricks也是好物)
Stackoverflow是每一個工程師承認好用的網站，因為你能找到有用的information跟解決方法，所以人會一用再用

TRIZ理論-創意問題解決方法 (1)

問題解題模式: 代替->進行運算->得到特別解。
誰能佔領創意高點，就能控制全球。21世界的產業命脈就是創意。
創意就是競爭力，想像力、幻想、夢幻是創意產業的重點。
創意發明的方法-> TRIZ。原文是俄文，英文是TIPS。發明創新問題解決理論。
發想者: Generich Altshulter : 他幫忙審列專利、 認出原創發明。
What is TRIZ?
他的團隊發現發明是有規律性，不是莫名其妙產生。
這是一個工具，去解決創意性的問題。
某人、某地，已經解決了你的問題。所有創新或改善的障礙來自於矛盾的存在。
其他產業使用過的solution可能成為另一個產業所遇到問題的解答
他是免費的，有效的、有權威的、一種系統化的思考方式。
創造及時、免費、好用，就能成為使用者歡迎的。
Potato potaler 削皮機(90塊美金) : 被一個20美金削皮器的東西打敗，因為不見得好用，不常用。(便宜、不佔空間、好用)。
步入社會開始工作: 通常會遇到幾種問題: 開發產品的問題、改進、設計、發明的問題。
建立系統性的去”統合問題”，找出通解(刪除法等等)、運用創意跟經驗發展可行解。
TRIZ發展背景: 原蘇聯國家機密，現普及使用。
福特、英業達、台積電、SAMSUNG都使用TRIZ 並請老師來教工程師。
TRIZ的四十項發明原則:
創新的層次: 改良-> 技術矛盾-> 物理矛盾 (EX:發明能隔熱又薄的隔熱牆) -> 發現 -> 新發明。
理論基礎: 矛盾矩陣…….ETC, 考完證照可以當講師，一次幾千塊。
解決除草機噪音問題-> 不要用除草機 -> 草不要長: 在現實世界中，沒有正確答案，只有適不適合的問題而已。’
矛盾衝突介紹: 車的空間變大，裝東西/ 不好停車，耗油。-伸縮的車
物理矛盾-自身矛盾 為某一目的(使用方便)，造成另一個參數變壞。
時間分離: 老花眼，近視結合的眼鏡。
整理: 總共有39個參數 (可以查表) – 發展了40個發明原則
找到需要改善但互相矛盾的兩個參數(VARIABLES)，藉由查表看數字(INDEX)，找相對應可使用的發明原則(多個)
感想:我很同意TRIZ的核心理念，某人、某地，已經解決了我們的問題。在IT世界我們是深深了解這個理念。每當我們有不會的Code 或 觀念時，只要在google網上打上我們問題的關鍵字，就能發現許多人已經遇過同樣的問題了，同樣的問題也因應不同的環境有不同的solutions。所以聽到有這樣的矛盾矩陣的工具，我真是覺得這真是一個非常好的工具，當我們有遇到問題時，去對應目標參數就可以去看可以應用的原則，而且是過去發明家親自使用的IDEAS。

Learning languages makes me excited
I gradually realize the similarity among languages, it amazed me.

But they understood me!

wu: I was late to come to my company for almost 2 hours but my boss said it is ok . An: Your work environment seems pretty chill.
Wu: I was waiting for the Uber to come at a dark place, and an old man beside me kept saying hi to me.
An: That's so sketchy and scary!

搶救地球(HOME)觀後感
地球真的很美，這影片真是一個身在廬山不知廬山真面目的體現。鮮綠色的湖泊、充滿茂密樹叢的森林、曠野中雄偉壯麗的黃土高原、非洲草原中的各樣走獸，都藉由高空攝影被呈現在這個影片當中。(示意圖:之前去北越玩的照片)
然而只要是生物，都有生存這個問題。至今人們為著生存，開採石油、開挖地下水、開採礦物、砍伐樹木，間接造成環境破壞跟氣候異常。今天數不清的產品跟能源、機械動力都需要使用石油。許多乾旱地方農夫為了生存，不斷加深挖掘地下水以耕種農地，目前越來越多井跟農田都已被廢棄，因為地下水被用盡了。
存在於山區、河邊、海邊的砂石，是營建工程需要的材料，我們漂亮的建築、必需的基本建設都需要用到砂石原料;但一日復一日、一月赴一月，一年復一年的採集已經造成各地方砂石原料漸漸趨向不足，並且造成大量自然景觀的破壞。樹木砍伐的事也是人人共知，在一些國家已有大小面積的樹林已被砍伐，但通常那些地區大比例的人民都是以砍伐業為生，多是貧困的人民。
我認為要真能解決這樣的問題，不是去撻伐做這樣事的人、去禁止那些人民做相關的行業，因為他們是為著自己的生存、家庭、小孩而去從事這樣的工作、賺錢養家。需要解決的是根本問題，要幫助、輔導他們能生存下去。許多國家，包含台灣都知道各自國家內自然資源漸漸短缺的問題，就開始研發替代能源，希望發展永續使用的材料。
我看完了之後一直在想，看完這個影片不能幫助任何的改變，因為人都是為著消除自己的貧窮、維持自己的生存思考並活著。如同台灣砂石業與營造業發現國內砂石不夠，就開始研發替代資源人造砂石一樣;以色列水資源短缺，就發展出世界知名的水資源再利用;而我身為老百姓，也不會為著氣候異常就停止吹冷氣，是當冷氣費漲價的時候減少吹冷氣的時間。當人發現資源短缺影響影響到我們的生存時，就會開始思考解決方案了。
所以真要解決這問題，一面是政府跟領頭團體要有遠光跟智慧而提出合理的限制跟規範(需求法則:價格的提高，需求就會減少)。另一面，人民要藉由這些規範限制、資源的短缺中看見商機，利用人民的智慧繼續賺錢，間接解決環境問題。所以看來綠色製造、綠色產品等等都是需要好好學習的。

The Internship Experience in Vietnam: Week One

That is an opportunity for Taiwanese Annie to work in OPPO Vietnam.
When I sat down on my seat, the first thing that impressed me was that people there are so young, not like companies in Taiwan, elder people are the most, and the youngs(rookie) are few (my stereotype?). People look like ages around 20 to 30 or more.
I was told to join the IT group and to support the front end, website design.
I felt nervous to be interviewed by the highest level boss at there, also felt uncomfortable to be around by people I am not familiar.
During the office hrs....

.Type1: Oh man I don't know how to solve those problems, may i ask my colleague? oh no he might don't want to help me bc IT people need the ability to solve problems independently. shit
.Type2: Oh man...Where should I get my lunch? I am not familiar to this area, and I literally cannot understand Vietnamese at all.

These are the true feelings. However, although I am a timid person, I still tried to overcome this kind of situation. bc I cannot stand for it anymore. shit. I asked more and more question day by day lol, i feel the colleague want to teach me more things more serious after I asked him more questions.
By the way, I am still trying to finish some portions of my job independently bc the colleague already taught me that parts :(
I faced many difficulties when I debugged, I guess that's why I dream a lot debugged things at nights orz.
At the end, I learned a lot that is undeniable, even greater than the past intern.
Problem I faced to clone a website:
1. I cannot find some of pics or fonts from the website and download:
A: Compare the original page and the clone page and then click F12 find the URL and download.
B: Click F12 and then click Sources to find files we lack.
2. Animation (about before and after change photo) did not show up:
Location data which animation requests should be generated automatically. However, when I downloaded/ cloned the web page, the browser help to memorize details (components’ location) and generate the style code of location in the HTML file.
Remove every fixed styling code within the component. Make the styling free.

心得感想
這是中原大學未來資訊導論的第二門課筆記與感想。
這次印象最深刻的是，要讓自己公司設計的產品更加環保，意:容易回收並能再利用。
其方法有: 1. 使之組裝拆解容易
2. 使用較普及的材料
3. 產品材料也需要簡化
4. 減少表面加工
5. 減少產品附件(包裝、標籤)。
其實我認為第一點的實行是需要技術的。顧客希望他們所買的產品是堅固、不容易損壞的，往往設計的方向就是使之很難拆解，所以有重擊或者摔到時，不容易分解。然而，這會造成工人維修的困難，及產品更換率提升。家中曾有日產高級洗衣機，不懂日製產品的維修工人拆解不開來維修;結果亂拆解的結果，拆下的零件裝不回去、也沒修好，最終我們只能換一台了。
使用較普及的材料。對於顧客也是非常重要的，部分在臺販售的日產電器的零件往往是日本製造，台灣不容易取得;這使之日本電器的維修較困難，顧客往往要付出高價來維修。有時顧客寧願丟掉舊的產品，買一台新的、便宜的取代之。所以這也是買國產產品的好處。買國產產品其實比較環保，材料較普及化。
產品材料的簡化，人往往還是喜歡複雜的設計，附加價值較高。所以如果要使之產品材料的簡化，需要加強產品的美感與其質感，這都是需要經過統計分析，研究人的認知心理來達到目標。
表面加工往往是為著設計美化、防水或防塵，我認為材料的選擇在這點上可以有研究。

木頭?採集原料中需要銃機器去上山採伐，採集時還會排放煙。
玻璃?-是一種礦砂，容易取得，加熱就可得，並且是無限次回收。
1 簡化產品材料種類
2 避免標籤(衣服標籤)，油漆(如亮光漆)
@現在衣服裡的標籤也不斷減少，變成用印在衣服上而非縫製標籤
3 產品應要方便回收: 玻璃瓶是最環保的，可以回收再利用
產品"表面"盡量要保持不要加工，好回收再利用。
零件的選擇:避免使用特殊零件，價格成本高又難以再利用。
使用的零件能再利用是最好的^^(零件的標準化跟普及性)
產品的估價->產品的展開,看材料厚度的價格，加工的價格，人力的價格。
鐵是會生鏽，一般會使用鍍鋅鐵板，不環保。
產品是可以更好的(材料的省化)
生產製造計畫:找到最好的製作方式
EX:車間 200mm
公差越小，價格越貴
筆蓋跟筆身的公差? 規則較寬鬆，但又不能太小(太緊)或太大(太鬆)
回收 設計準則-
材料應容易回收跟拆解
環保署的資料一定要知道。
生命週期管理的資料目前非常多!
綠色設計的工具:
定性->發現特性 @可以使用的工具:1.TRIZ,
2.MET矩陣(比較分析-例如比較材料),
3.生態化組件系統
定量->量化( 數據要達到多少才算環保) @工具:
EDGT, ASCA, PLM, and PDM。現在都軟體化了，屬數據管理系統。PDM與ERP(企業資源規劃)相關。
PLM，產品生命週期管理，幾億起跳。
